چکیده
The co-substrate is a crucial component in the bio-decolorization process that helps bacteria to grow and carry out their fundamental functions. Different types of textile dyes with diverse chemical structures are frequently employed industry, most them resistant biodegradation because xenobiotic nature. Due low carbon content dyes, particularly azo co-metabolic conditions required for decolorization process. Hence, current study was aimed determine which striking nitrogen sources preferred generating decolorize following dyes: Disperse Yellow-3, Malachite Green, Basic Red-18, Reactive Blue-4. were used isolate, screen, evaluate different bacterial strains dye degradation. A potential strain Pseudomonas taiwanensis TNZ3 identified based on 16s rDNA sequence selected further study. It found presence yeast, peptone, NH4Cl, sucrose, glucose, fructose, maltose, galactose, lactose, starch contaminated media effectively enhanced degradation rate by TNZ3. In medium inoculated TNZ3, sucrose yeast peptone extracts induced greatest among sources. all maximum occurs at 1.5% extract supplementation. results made it abundantly clear various as co-substrates played effective role

Effect of various carbon and nitrogen sources on decolorization of textile dye remazol golden yellow using bacterial species.
Textile dyes with different chemical structures are consistently used in textile industries and they are being recalcitrant xenobiotic in nature. The aim of present research is directed to finding the preference of striking carbon and nitrogen sources on remazol golden yellow decolorization. Bacterial strains were isolated, screened and tested for dye degradation of remazol golden yellow in bas...

The white rot fungus Trametes versicolor was applied to the decolourisation of three synthetic textile dyes in the presence and absence of glucose. Different initial dye concentrations were tested and approximately 97% decolourisation was achieved. It was found that fungal metabolism induced by the glucose as well as the pH play an important role in the decolourisation process. This treatment w...
متن کاملIsolation and Investigation of the Effect of Soil and Textile Wastewater Bacteria on Decolorization of Industrial Dyes
Introduction: Azo dyes are the most commonly used colors in textile industry. These colors are among the pollutant materials in the environment. Moreover, they are discharged into the environment in combination with industrial wastewater and pollute the ecosystem. The purpose of this study was to isolate and detect bacteria biodegrading Methyl Red and Rubin Dyprsy colors from dye waste water. ...
